Roman D. Tibay, Jr., returned to the care of our Lord on Thursday, the 12th of November, 2020, shortly after his 76th birthday.
Known to those close to him by his childhood nickname Jott and the endearing term Kuya, which means “big brother”, until grandbabies having difficulty saying “Dad” started calling him “Bob”.
